I. system overview

The rotary inertia characteristics test bench tests the vehicle inertia characteristics by simulating the body roll motion, pitching motion and yaw motion, and measuring the triaxial torque, including: the vehicle mass M, the position coordinates of the center of mass X, Y, Z, three inertia Ix, Iy, Iz around the center of mass, and three inertia products Ixy, Iyz and Izx around the center of mass. Vehicle clamping adopts the method of clamping vehicle bottom flanging, and the system is driven by electric servo system.

Ii. Main measurement parameters

1. Vehicle quality

2. Coordinate position of the center of mass

The moment of inertia in three directions around the center of mass

4. The product of inertia in three directions around the center of mass

Iii. Equipment features

1. Calculate the moment of inertia and the product of inertia by measuring the three-direction torque by applying the single-direction (inclination, pitch and rotation) rotational acceleration to the platform

2. Electric servo control system

3, can be underground or above ground layout
